Shipping & returns

Is the purchase not as expected or do you want another size? No problem! You can always exchange or return the item with original labels within 30 days. Have you already used the article or is it damaged? Then exchange or return is not possible. Of course, you can fit the clothes first.

How does it work?

At Mensquare you can swap or return quickly and easily. Please follow the following procedure. This way we can handle your exchange or return smoothly and quickly:
 
Swap:

1. Sign up for us at [email protected], that you want to trade an item. Please state:
 
• Name
• Phone number
• Order number
• Article number and size
• New size

2. In your mail you will receive a confirmation. This indicates whether the item is in stock.

3. You can also trade the item in the shop, at Halstraat 36 in Breda.

4. Should an article not be for sale as a result of exchange? We advise you to visit us at the Halstraat in Breda. In total, we do three attempts.
 
Returns:

1. Send the article you want to return to:

Please return with original invoice or state your:

- Name
- Phone number
- Order number
- Article number and size
- Iban number

2. As soon as we receive the item(s) back in store we will transfer the amount of money we owe you to your account. Please note: it can take up to a couple of days before the money is actually on your account.

3. You can also return the item to the store, at Halstraat 36 in Breda.
 
Conditions:

• The order can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
• Of course, the articles may be suitable but not worn or washed.
• Store items with care, not in a smoky room or in a kitchen. We can not take back items with strong smoke or food scent, which we can no longer sell.
• The items must be provided with all labels and packaging in original state (labels can't be cut) .
• The item must be returned in the original packaging.
• Shoe boxes should not be used as a shipping bag, the box must be tidy, so do not provide adhesive tape or stickers. (You can attach a plastic bag of tape to the box or you choose a carton)
 
Exceptions:

Should you have an incorrect delivery or factory error / complaint then do not use any exchange or return, please contact us.
 
Costs:

The costs for sending items are for your account. If the package was lost during shipment, Mensquare is not liable, so we recommend using the shipping service with signage for receipt. Orders are included 21% VAT (Value Added Tax) and are subject to import fees. Payment of these import fees is the responsibility of the client.
