Is your purchase not as expected or do you prefer a different size? No problem! You can always return the item with the original labels still attached within 30 days. Has the item already been worn or is it damaged? Then returning the item is not possible unfortunately. Of course, you can try on the clothes first.

How does it work?

At Mensquare you can swap or return quick and easily. Please follow the following procedure. This way we can handle your return smoothly and quickly:
  1. Go to
  2. Enter your email address and the order number from the order you wish to (partially) return.
  3. Select the product and the return reason.
  4. Select the preferred return method. Different drop-off points and a pick-up service are available. If needed, print the shipping label.
  5. Depending on which return method you chose, bring the return package to a drop-off location, or have it picked up by the chosen pick-up service.
  6. After our store has received your return you will be refunded within 5 days.
Please return with original invoice!

As soon as we receive the item(s) back in store we will refund you the owed amount. Please note: it can take up to a couple of days before the money is actually on your account.

You can also return the item(s) to our store, at Halstraat 36 in Breda, The Netherlands.

• Your order can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Of course, it is allowed to try on the articles, but worn or washed articles cannot be returned.
• Store items with care, not in a smoky room or in a kitchen. Items with strong smoke or food scent cannot be returned.
• The items must be returned with all labels and packaging in original state (labels can't be cut) .
• The item must be returned in the original packaging.
• Shoe boxes should not be used as a shipping box, the box must remain intact, so do not use adhesive tape or stickers on the box.

Should you receive a defective or incomplete order, or do you have a complaint? Please contact our store first at [email protected], before returning the products. 

The  shipping costs for returning your order are for your account. If the package was lost during shipment, Mensquare is not liable, so we recommend using the shipping service with signage for receipt or tracking information. Orders include 21% VAT (Value Added Tax) and are subject to import fees. Payment of these import fees is the responsibility of the customer.
